601 Learning About Insomnia and Choosing to Release It

Learn to be at peace in order to allow sleep to be as it should be. Most adults have experienced insomnia or sleeplessness at one time or another in their lives. An estimated 30-50% of the general population are affected by insomnia, and 10% have chronic insomnia. Insomnia is a symptom, not a stand-alone diagnosis. By definition, insomnia is "difficulty initiating or maintaining sleep, or both." Sleep has distinctive stages that cycle throughout the night. Your brain stays active throughout sleep, but different things happen during each stage. For instance, certain stages of sleep are indeed for helping you to feel well rested and energetic the next day, and other stages help in learning or making memories.

602 A Restful Night of Sleep

Break the cycle of insomnia and sleep deeply each and every night. As you listen to this Meditation you will be releasing your inner chatter, and allowing your subconscious mind to learn to go to sleep and stay asleep. Please listen to this Meditation at bedtime. If you have ongoing Insomnia you should listen to the Insomnia Releasing Meditation first.

603 Letting the Mind Rest Even More Through Spirituality

This Meditation uses light therapy, color therapy and aroma therapy. You’ll rest your mind as it connects to your higher power allowing you a night and many nights of restful sleep. Please listen to this Meditation in bed time. If you have ongoing Insomnia you should listen to the Insomnia Releasing Meditation for a few nights first. This Meditation is also very good for those of you who keep pressing the snooze button in the morning. It is also very good just to gain an even more restful nights sleep.
